If you would like to return an item, please contact us at sales@sacredhome.uk with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and approved. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear back in your account.
Unless an item is faulty or damaged, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend retaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition wherever possible.
We want every order to arrive safely and as intended. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@sacredhome.uk.

Many of our artworks and larger pieces are individually made, sourced, or shipped directly from artists and specialist makers. Because of this, returns for artwork are handled on a case-by-case basis.
