Refund policy

We hope that you feel a genuine connection to the pieces you bring into your home. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at sales@sacredhome.uk with your order number and we will guide you through the next steps.

For online orders, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items should be unused, undamaged and in their original condition, with original packaging wherever possible. We may make a deduction from a refund where an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop and its value has been reduced as a result.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, the cost of returning an unwanted item is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend retaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged while being returned.

Once your return has been received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds promptly, and in accordance with your statutory rights.

Damaged or Faulty Items

We want every order to arrive safely and as intended. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@sacredhome.uk as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

• your order number
• photographs of the item
• photographs of any packaging damage, where applicable

We will always do our best to resolve the issue thoughtfully and promptly. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected by this policy.

Artwork & Larger Pieces

Many of our artworks and larger pieces are individually made, sourced, or shipped directly from artists and specialist makers. Some personalised or bespoke pieces may not be eligible for cancellation or return where the law allows an exception.

If you have any concerns regarding an artwork or larger piece, please contact us before returning it and we will advise you on the appropriate arrangements.
