Shipping policy

We aim to make delivery as considered and straightforward as possible, while recognising that many of our pieces are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, or require specialist handling.

United Kingdom

Orders under £150 are charged at £9.99 for standard delivery.

Orders over £150 qualify for free standard delivery.

Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Delivery times may vary depending on the type and size of the piece, and some items may be dispatched separately.

Larger Artwork & Fragile Pieces

Some larger canvases, original artworks, and fragile pieces require additional care when being prepared for delivery. These may be sent using a specialist courier service selected according to the size and nature of the piece.

For particularly large pieces, including extra-large works, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm the most appropriate delivery arrangements.

Delivery to Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man & Northern Ireland

Orders under £150 to these destinations are charged at £34.99.

Orders over £150 are charged at £50.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and courier availability.

International Delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery, but this is something we hope to introduce in the future.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of both the item and packaging so we can assist as quickly as possible.

Returns

Due to the nature of many of our pieces — including original artworks, handmade objects, and individually fulfilled items — returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can advise on the appropriate arrangements.
