Shipping policy

We aim to make delivery as considered and straightforward as possible, while recognising that many of our pieces are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, or require specialist handling.

United Kingdom

Most prints, smaller artworks, and artefacts are shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and nature of your order.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Large Artwork & Fragile Pieces

Some larger canvases, original artworks, and fragile pieces require a more bespoke delivery approach.

These works are shipped via a trusted independent courier service, carefully selected according to the size, destination, and handling requirements of each individual piece. Delivery costs for these items are arranged separately following purchase, allowing us to ensure the safest and most appropriate service for your order.

Once your order has been placed, we will be in touch directly to arrange delivery and provide a tailored shipping quote where required.

Please note that delivery timeframes for larger works may vary depending on location and courier availability.

International Delivery

We currently offer international shipping to selected destinations.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be shown at checkout where applicable.

For larger artworks, original pieces, or fragile items requiring specialist handling, delivery may be arranged separately after purchase so that we can ensure the most appropriate courier service is used.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges once they reach the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of both the item and packaging so we can assist as quickly as possible.

Returns

Due to the nature of many of our pieces — including original artworks, handmade objects, and individually fulfilled items — returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
